Quality award for KDM’s services
We were delighted to have recently achieved certification of the International Standard EN ISO 9001:2015 for provision of a comprehensive range of equipment and machinery to hire as well as the delivery of an extensive suite of training programmes and support services.
The Standard sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Certification ensures that customers receive consistent, good quality products and services.
